Consent and Cookies

We do not use non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, until you give consent through our cookie banner. We use a consent management platform to record your choices, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the Site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. Our advertising partners, including Google, may require this consent for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data in certain cases (‘right to be forgotten’)
  • Restrict processing in certain cases
  • Data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent
  • Not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effects (we do not make such decisions)

How to Exercise Your Rights

Email contact@stylishcrown.com with the subject line ‘Data Request’ and describe what you want. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if so. There is no fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Sharing and International Transfers

We share personal data only with processors and partners described in our Privacy Policy, such as hosting, analytics, email, consent management, and advertising providers, under agreements that require them to protect your data. Some of these providers are in the United States or other countries outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Where we transfer data to such countries, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient participates, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Security and Breaches

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the relevant authority and, where required, you, without undue delay.

Children

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly process personal data of children below the age of digital consent in your country (between 13 and 16). If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the EU, you can find yours at https://edpb.europa.eu. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk.
